The purpose of our Preschool Program at Acworth UMC Preschool is to provide a safe, secure environment with a loving, qualified staff that offers a good balance between developmental and academic curriculum, centered around God’s world.

What makes our teaching staff exceed the preschool standards?

  • Our teachers and aides receive annual training and certification in, C.P.R., first aid, and safe sanctuary (child safety).

  • Our staff members are required to attend advance training in teaching skills throughout the year.

  • All staff members are required to have a police criminal record check done before hiring.

  • Our teaching staff has an average of over eight years teaching experience.
